POOL RULES


  There should be no solo swimming.

 There should be no running, boisterous or rough play.

 No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use the pool.

     There should be no spitting or blowing nose in the pool.

    Persons with diarrheal illness or nausea should not enter the pool.

    Persons with eye, ear or respiratory infections should not enter the pool.

    Persons with open lesions or wounds should not enter the pool.

    No animals or pets allowed in the pool enclosure.

    No glass allowed in the pool or on the deck.

    No children should be in the pool without supervision.

    The pool is open from Sunday 1-6, Monday-Friday 12-8 and Saturday 11-8.

    A first aid kit is located in the Guard Shack.

    Life saving equipment is located in the Guard Shack. (Rescue tubes and at the end of the        fence)

    An emergency phone is located in the Guard Shack.

    The pool operator of record at this facility is Gina Fore.

    No alcoholic beverages or smoking.

    No profanity.

    No horse play on deck, in pool or bathrooms.

    No swimming or diving in side areas.

    No diving in shallow water.

    Everyone under the age of 18 must be behind the yellow line during break.

    Break will be called at every hour on the 45min except for the last hour the pool is open.

    Any non-swimmer under the age of 5 may be in the pool during break with a guardian.

    No children over the age of 6 allowed in the baby pool.

    No eating or drinks inside the yellow line.

    No unnecessary conversation with the lifeguard on duty.

    If thunder or lightening occurs everyone must exit the pool and stay behind the yellow line     for 30mins. The time out of pool starts over every time thunder or lightening is heard/seen     by the guard.

    No hanging on the rope.

    No hard balls on the deck or in the pool.

    No child under 10 years of age shall be left at the pool without supervision by an adult.     Said  adult will be other than the lifeguard. For the purpose of this rule, any person 14     years of age or older will be considered an adult.

    No skateboards, bikes, or scooters on the pool deck.

    Patrons must walk around miniature black deck fence.



Diving Board Rules


    One bounce only off the diving board.

    One person on the diving board at a time.

    Make sure previous diver has cleared the area.

    Dive or jump straight off.

    No life jackets, floaties, towels or goggles are allowed in the diving board area.

    No swimming in diving area.

    Clear diving area immediately after diving.


Failure to Follow a Rule Results in:

    Warning

    Sit Out

    Sent Home with Parent Notified

    Suspension
